I am currently working in partnership with the Wakefield Recovery and Wellbeing College to deliver Be True To You's 'Freedom From Fibromyalgia' course.

This is a 3 week introductory course that runs over 3 x 2 hour sessions. It will provide an overview of fibromyalgia, what it is and how it effects people in different ways.

Throughout this course we will explore the different areas of our lives and how we can make adjustments to reduce our symptoms and allow for a better quality of life.

The course will cover nutrition, sleep, pain management, relationships, employment & finance, mental health, mindset & values.

This is an interactive course where you can share your experiences, if you wish to do so. We will also provide some resources, direction to future support & guidance to building a support network for your recovery journey.

To book your place on the course please follow the link to the Recovery College

I work in partnership with Intolerance Lab to bring you the non invasive testing to identify intolerances, with over 700 foods, non foods, E numbers & vitamin/mineral deficiencies tested. I combine this with a session to support you in understanding how to move forward following these results

We have partnered with JM Events to bring you our future events in health & wellbeing
